Hello World!

Being an old C programmer, I had to start like that! Having spent a couple of weeks designing the web site, it is finally up and live. (Ok, spent a bit more than a couple of weeks, but who is counting. Spare time is a scarcity.)

This site is a bit of a playground for me, where I can try out different web technologies. It is also my “online home” where I post my hopefully occasionally interesting ramblings in the Notepad section.

So who am I? Well, during the daytime hours I work as an IT Architect at TelstraClear Limited in Auckland, New Zealand, where I primarily focus on broadband and internet technology and projects. I have a passion for technology in general, so that is what I will be writing about.
